What is the most interesting AI project you're working on right now?

AI has gone from being something many developers experimented with occasionally to becoming part of everyday software development. We're seeing local models, hosted APIs, multimodal systems, coding agents, retrieval systems, autonomous workflows, image generation, voice interfaces, and entire products built around these capabilities.

But beyond the hype, I'm interested in what people are actually building.
