What problem would you build a company around today?

The best startup conversations usually start with a problem rather than a product.

Instead of "I want to build an app," it becomes "People currently waste three hours every week doing this manually."

So let's flip the question.

What problem have you personally encountered that you think could become a company?

It could be something in education, finance, logistics, software, healthcare, entertainment, manufacturing, creator tools, local businesses, developer infrastructure, or almost anything else.

What makes the problem interesting? Is it painful? Frequent? Expensive? Growing? Currently solved badly?

I'd also like to hear what happens after the idea.

Would you build a SaaS product? Marketplace? Hardware company? Developer tool? Mobile application? Agency that later becomes software? Community-driven business?

One thing that fascinates me about entrepreneurship is how different a business becomes once real customers appear. What sounded brilliant in your head can become completely different after five people actually try it.
